Apple and Pork Panini

  • Use French or ciabatta bread for best results.

Ingredients

  • 12 slices Fareway bakery bread
  • ½ cup apple butter
  • 10 slices tenderized pork loin
  • 2 Granny Smith apple
  • 6 slices smoked Gouda cheese

Directions

  1. Slice apples in rounds.
  2. Grill pork loin slices until internal temperature reaches 145 F.
  3. Toast bread over low heat until golden brown.
  4. Remove pork loin and bread from grill.
  5. Layer with apple butter, sliced apples and Gouda cheese.
