Andrea joined Fareway. in June of 2015, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Category Management.
Andrea’s previous experience includes a 20-year career with Associated Wholesale Grocers (AWG). While at AWG, Andrea assumed continuously increasing roles of responsibility in various areas including Category Management, Shelf Management and Buying in Grocery, Dairy, Frozen, Bakery/Deli, and Frozen and Processed Meat.
Andrea also holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Northwest Missouri State University, Maryville, Missouri. She currently serves as a board member for the Iowa Grocery Industry Association. She has also been honored as a 2019 Progressive Grocer Senior-level Women Executive in the Industry.
Andrea and her husband, Bryan, are the parents of two daughters, Madison and Isabelle. The family resides in Clive, Iowa.
