Theresa joined Fareway in 2011 and has held positions of increasing responsibility including, human resources generalist, human resources manager, director of human resources, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources.
Prior to joining Fareway., Theresa was with Electrolux Home Products as a human resources generalist at the Webster City, Iowa facility, where they manufactured washers and dryers. She also provided human resources support to their Jefferson, Iowa, facility where they built components for the washing machines.
Theresa holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa, and received her MBA from Upper Iowa University. She holds both a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification.
Theresa lives in Boone, Iowa, with her husband, Johnathon, and their two sons, Max and Vince.
