Wesley Bass began his Fareway career in high school as a courtesy and carryout. While attending college, he worked in the warehouse. Wesley currently holds the position of Vice President of Warehouse & Trucking Operations. He oversees the supply and support to all Fareway locations across a seven-state region. Wesley and his team strive to provide a high level of service to all of Fareway’s retail operations.
Wesley is a hand-on professional with 26 years of management experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, inventory control, reverse logistics and project management. Wesley also prides himself on mentoring employees, so they can continue to advance their skills and careers at Fareway.
Wesley holds a bachelor's degree in Transportation/Logistics from Iowa State University.
Wesley and his wife, Jennifer, are parents of three children. Their family resides in Boone, Iowa.
