FOR RELEASE Basehor, Kansas - February 23, 2024 - The City of Basehor is proud to jointly announce alongside Fareway Stores, Inc. that they will soon be submitting an application for development of an appx. 21,000 square foot full-service Fareway Meat &Grocery store in Basehor.

The City of Basehor elected officials and staff have been hard at work to bring this much needed business to the community. If approved, this will be the first Fareway Meat &Grocery Store in the state of Kansas.
