Fareway Online Shopping Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Account. Must be 18 or older to create an account and utilize the Fareway Online Shopping service. Limited to one account per person.  
   
    
2. Minimum Purchase/Service Fee. A minimum purchase of $30.00 (before taxes, deposits, or fees) is required to use the service. You will be charged a $5.00 service fee for orders less than $100.00 (before taxes, deposits, or fees). For orders of $100.00 or more (before taxes, deposits, or fees), the $5.00 service fee will be waived.
   
    
3. Service Availability. Fareway does not warrant or guarantee that the Fareway Online Shopping service will be continuously available.
   
    
4. Product Availability & Substitutions. Items displayed in the Fareway Online Shopping platform are not guaranteed to be in stock at all times.  In the event an item is unavailable, no rain check will be provided. You can preselect a preferred substitution during the order process in case a selected item is not available. In the event an item is not available, and a preferred substitution has not been selected for the item, Fareway will make a substitution if one is available and send you a message giving you the option to decline the substitution or select a different substitution.      
   
    
5. Quantity Limitations. Fareway reserves the right to limit the quantity of a product you select.
   
    
6. Geographic Limitations. Discounts, offers, and prices presented in the Fareway Online Shopping platform may be based upon the location selected by the user and subject to change in the event a different store is selected.
   
    
7. Promotion Offers and Coupons. Discounts, offers, and prices in the Fareway Online Shopping platform are only valid until the displayed expiration date. Promotional offers, discounts, and coupons are not applied until a transaction is completed. Fareway makes no guarantees regarding the continuous availability of promotional offers, discounts, and coupons offered within the Online Shopping platform.
   
    
8. Alcohol & Tobacco Products. For alcohol and tobacco products, you must be 21 or older to purchase. Proof of age will be verified at the time of pick up via a valid, governmentally issued photo ID, such as a state-issued driver’s license.
   
    
9. Order Cancellation. Fareway reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, or part of an order, at any time, for any reason. Orders may be refused or cancelled for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: limits on product availability; limits on the total purchase price; inaccurate or erroneous personal or credit information; orders believed to be fraudulent or abusive; failure to comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Fareway additionally reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, or part of an order, due to incorrect information or typographical errors inadvertently being displayed within a product listing in the Online Shopping platform.
   
    
10. Missed Pick Up. If you miss your scheduled pick up time, your order will be held for approximately one hour. After the hour expires, the items will be returned to the shelf and the order will be cancelled. 
    
     
11. Payment, Cancellations, Refund & Returns. For customer support related to payment, cancellations, refunds, and returns, contact the store handling your order (store contact information is included in your order confirmation message).
    
     
12. Methods of Payment. Credit cards and debit cards are accepted for payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Cash, checks, and gift cards cannot be accepted for payment. We are unable to accept WIC as a method of payment.
    
     
13. Account Termination. You can terminate your account at any time by contacting us at accounts@farewaystores.com.  Fareway reserves the right to terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions or any other Fareway policies.
    
     
14. Modification. Fareway reserves the right to make changes to the Fareway Online Shopping platform and these Fareway Online Shopping Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective when posted. By continuing to use the Fareway Online Shopping, you agree to be bound by the updated Fareway Online Shopping Terms and Conditions.
