Crockpot Stuffed Peppers

We will get started with the most traditional, yet delicious bell pepper recipe - crockpot stuffed peppers. Perfect at all times of the year - this meal is not only filling but packs a healthful punch.

Total Time: 4 hours

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Lawry's seasoning salt
  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 4 bell pepper
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Lawry's seasoning salt
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

 

One-Skillet Mac and Cheese with Sausage and Bell Peppers

  • 1 lb of pork sausage
  • 1 diced red bell pepper
  • 1 diced green bell pepper
  • 2 cups of dried elbow macaroni 
  • 18 oz of marinara sauce
  • 18 oz of water
  • 1/3 cup of half and half

  • 8 ounces of uncooked rotini
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 chopped zucchini
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons of chicken broth
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • ¾ cup of chopped basil
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound of chicken breast
