Naturally Dyed Easter Eggs

Step 1: Prepare 6-7 Hard Boiled Eggs.

Step 2: To prepare the dye use the following:

•    2 C chopped purple cabbage
•    1 chopped beet
•    2 C red onion skins
•    2 C yellow onions skins  (loose skins can be found at the bottom of the onion box)
•    2 Tbsp of paprika
•    2 Tbsp of tumeric (found in the bulk section of the store)
•    1 C blueberries
•    2 C Spinach

Step 3: Place each of these things into 2 C of water along with 1 tsp salt and boil for about 10-15 minutes.

Step 4: Strain the water and place in a jar or bowl and add 1 Tbsp white vinegar to each dye.

Step 5: Allow them to cool before using.

Step 6: Place the dyes into plastic cups and use plastic spoons to dip and retrieve the eggs from the dye.

Step 7: Place on a paper towel and allow them to dry.
