Smoked Cheesy Nachos are all about bold flavor and zero measuring—just layer your favorite tortilla chips with as much smoky, melty cheese as your heart desires, then pile on toppings like seasoned meat, beans, or jalapeños. Toss it all in the smoker until the cheese bubbles and the chips soak up that irresistible smoky flavor. Finish with fresh toppings like pico, guac, or sour cream, and enjoy a snack that’s built entirely by feel and full of flavor.

Directions
Spray a large piece of aluminum foil with nonstick spray. Layer chips, cheese, taco meat, beans, salsa and jalapenos on chips. Make a packet by placing another piece of alumni fil on top and sealing the edges. Or layer in a grill-safe pan or skillet. Grill over medium heat until cheese has melted, about 5 minutes. Remove from grill and top with sour cream and guacamole.
