Samuel Adams® Summer Ale and Sunkist® Meyer Lemons are the perfect pair for a deliciously juicy, summery Pork Tenderloin.

Summer Citrus Pork Tenderloin


  1. Combine oil, Sam Adams Summer Ale, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, and chipotle pepper.
  2. Add pork and marinate for 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove pork from marinade and discard remaining marinade.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, as desired.
  6. Grill tenderloin for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the internal temperature reaches 145° F followed by a 3 minute rest period.
