Ground Beef

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Refried Beans

  • 1 (16 oz) can refried beans
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Dip

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup chunky salsa or pico de gallo
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup black olives
  • 2 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 2-3 green onion, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
  • for serving tortilla chips

Directions

For Ground Beef

Brown both sides of ground beef in a pan. Drain fat if needed. Break up ground beef with a wooden spoon and season with chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Set aside to cool.

For Refried Beans

In a bowl mix together refried beans, chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.

For Dip

Combine the sour cream and cream cheese in a separate bowl.

Add a heaping spoonful of ground beef or beans to the bottom of your individual cups.

Add a spoonful of the sour cream mixture on top of the ground beef/beans, followed by a heaping spoonful of guacamole, then salsa.

Add a layer of cheese and top with a layer of tomatoes and black olives. Garnish with cilantro and green onions
