- 8 oz. crab meat (fresh or imitation), chopped
- 12 oz. shrimp, fully cooked, peeled, deveined, tails removed, chopped
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 tsp. garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped + more for garnishing
- 2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 4 Tbsp. butter

This dip can be made up to 2 days ahead and placed in the fridge. It can also be made ahead and frozen for up to 1 month before eating. Just thaw thoroughly before baking.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Place all ingredients in a 12-inch cast iron skillet (a 9x13 baking dish will work as well) and mix together.
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top of the dip and top with pads of butter.
Bake for 23 minutes, then turn the oven to BROIL and bake another two minutes (do not walk away while it is broiling, watch carefully). Remove from the oven just as it's golden brown and bubbly.
Serve the dip warm with sliced baguettes.
