Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3/4 cup salad oil
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 ginger
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1 dash ground black pepper
- 1 dash Sriracha chili sauce (i.e. "Rooster" sauce)
This Asian vinaigrette recipe is another easy variation on the basic vinaigrette formula. It's made with rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and fresh ginger.

Directions
- Grate fresh ginger and crush a 1/2 clove of garlic.
- Combine all ingredients.
