Asian Vinaigrette

This Asian vinaigrette recipe is another easy variation on the basic vinaigrette formula. It's made with rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and fresh ginger.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup salad oil
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 ginger
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1 dash ground black pepper
  • 1 dash Sriracha chili sauce (i.e. "Rooster" sauce)

Total Time: 5 minutes

Directions

  1. Grate fresh ginger and crush a 1/2 clove of garlic.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
