Balsamic Soy Flank Steak

Sometimes a great marinade makes all the difference! This balsamic soy marinade will saturate your steak with all the best Fareway flavors!

Ingredients

  • 1 flank steak (about 1.5 pounds)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight.

Remove steak from marinade and drain on a wire rack for 10 minutes, or until the excess marinade has dripped off.

Preheat grill to medium heat and grill 8 – 10 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Remove steak from grill and allow steak to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
