Bean and Cheese Wrap

This simple wrap is the perfect after school snack or appetizer! Seasoned with chili powder and salsa, be ready for a zesty taste.

Bean and Cheese Wrap

  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 8 (8inch) flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

Heat refried beans in a saucepan. Season with chili powder and stir to combine. 

Layer beans, salsa, cheese, lettuce and sour cream on tortillas. Roll up, securing with a toothpick if needed.

Lightly spray a skillet with cooking spray and place wrap, seam side down, in pan until sealed shut and cheese has melted.
