Beef and Veggie Kabobs

Beef and Veggie Kebabs are not only one of the easiest things to prepare, but they're also one of the tastiest summertime dinners! These are layered with juicy tender pieces of flavorful, seasoned beef and colorful tender veggies of your choice. A delicious recipe the whole family can agree on!


  • 1 pound strip steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 bell pepper, any color, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • as desired steak seasoning

Thread ingredients on wooden or metal skewers.

Season with steak seasoning, as desired.

Preheat broiler, with rack about 6 inches from heat source.

Broil kabobs, turning occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes for medium-rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) doneness.
