  • desired fresh blueberries

  • 1 Tbsp. yogurt
  • squeeze of honey
  • 1/4 C. almond milk

Directions

1. Let chia seeds soak in water for 10 minutes.

2. Add blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, soaked chia seeds, spinach, ice, yogurt, honey, and almond milk to blender.

3. Blend to desired consistency.
