Blackened Fish Tacos with Avocado-Cilantro Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 cod filets
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cup coleslaw
  • 8 fajita-size tortillas
  • 1 lime

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients for Avocado-Cilantro Dressing and regrigerate.
  2. Mix spices, brown sugar, salt, and pepper together, and season cod.
  3. Grill over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cod flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Remove from grill.
  5. Top tortilla with coleslaw, cod, and Avocado-Cilantro Sauce.
  6. Serve with lime wedges.
