  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • splash of vanilla

Directions

1. Combine peanut butter, honey and vanilla in a large bowl. Stir in cereal until well-combined. 

2. Spray an 8x8" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray, or line with parchment paper. Pour cereal mix into pan and firmly press down. Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes. 

3.  Slice into 8 rectangles and wrap individually in clear plastic wrap, if desired.
