Cabbage and Carrot Slaw

This refreshing cabbage and carrot slaw is a great side or on top of burgers, sandwiches, and more. 


  • 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/8 tsp cumin
  • 1/8 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/8 tsp dry mustard
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage, any color
  • 3 cups carrots, shredded
  • 5 green onions, sliced
  • to taste salt and pepper

In a large bowl, whisk together vinegar, sugar, garlic, cumin, oregano and mustard until sugar is dissolved.

Add cabbage, carrots, green onions, salt and pepper and toss to combine.

Cover and refrigerate before serving.*
