  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp pine nuts

Start with one Fareway rotisserie chicken -- and make healthy meals in minutes!

Directions

  1. Drain and chop can of artichoke hearts.
  2. Chop red bell pepper and shred rotisserie chicken.
  3. Mix with light mayonnaise, hot pepper sauce and 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese.
  4. Spread mixture onto a pizza crust.
  5. Top with 1-1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken; 1/3 cup chopped red pepper, ¼ cup Parmesan cheese and 2 Tbsp pine nuts.
  6. Bake at 400°F for approximately 10-12 minutes or until heated through.
  7. Serve with a tossed green salad.
