Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and sliced
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 cup grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Directions
- Combine celery, grapes, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon sugar, brown sugar, salt, pepper and parsley in a mixing bowl.
- Divide into six servings and top with sliced chicken
