  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and sliced
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 cup grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine celery, grapes, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon sugar, brown sugar, salt, pepper and parsley in a mixing bowl.
  2. Divide into six servings and top with sliced chicken
