Start with one Fareway rotisserie chicken -- and make healthy meals in minutes!  This stir-fry is easy to make and easy to enjoy. 

Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry


  1. Prepare instant brown rice.
  2. Stir fry 1 pkg. frozen oriental vegetables in bottled stir fry sauce until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  3. Add 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken meat.
  4. Serve over rice and top with chopped peanuts if desired.
  5. Serve with pineapple chunks and store-bought fortune cookies.
