- 4 4 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Marsala wine
In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, pepper and oregano.
Pound chicken to 1/4 inch thick. Coat chicken in flour mixture.
In a large skillet, heat butter and oil over medium heat.
Add chicken to pan and lightly brown. Flip chicken and add mushrooms. Pour in wine.
Cover skillet and simmer for 10 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
