  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp confectioner's sugar
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 banana

Preparation Notes

TIP: Ricotta mixture can be made without cocoa powder

Directions

  1. Mix ricotta cheese, cocoa powder, confectioner's sugar, and brown sugar until blended.
  2. Separate mixture into 4 individual dessert cups.
  3. Top with sliced banana and cinnamon.
  4. Serve.
