Cilantro Avocado Dressing

For all of you sauce lovers, you'll drool over this Cilantro Avocado Dressing!  Avocados are all the hype these days and what better way to add a healthy food to your favorite meal than a sauce? All you have to do is blend the ingredients together and refrigerate. 


  • 1/2 avocado
  • 3/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
