Ingredients

  • 1 container vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp caramel sauce
  • 10 Nilla Wafers
  • 0 apple slices

Directions

  1. Blend first four ingredients.
  2. Drizzle with caramel topping and top with wafer crumbs.
  3. Serve in hollowed apple if desired with Nilla Wafers or apple slices.
