- 1 roll cinnamon buns
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. dark corn syrup
- 1 c. Pecan Nation Pecans
Nothing says "holiday" to me more than cinnamon rolls in the oven. We love to serve these Thanksgiving morning and the pecan crunch topping makes store-bought cinnamon rolls that much more special without having to spend the precious hours making them from scratch.
1. Bake cinnamon rolls according to package directions. Save the icing!
2. While cinnamon rolls bake, combine butter, sugar and corn syrup in a saucepan and stir until butter is melted and mixture is smooth. Add pecans and remove from heat, stirring well to coat pecans.
3. Spread the packaged icing onto the cinnamon rolls, then pour the pecan topping over the whole thing. Serve and enjoy!
