Cottage Cheese Cake

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 12 oz fat-free cream cheese
  • 1 cup egg substitute

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  3. Pour filling into premade graham cracker crust.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes.
  5. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
