Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 8 oz fat free cream cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 box frozen spinach
- 1 jar artichoke hearts
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
This rich and creamy dip pairs nicely with pita chips or crackers. Only takes a couple hours and it is delicious!
Directions
- Thaw and drain spinach.
- Combine all ingredients in a crock pot.
- Stir and cook on high for two hours.
