- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup canola oil
- 1 cup Anderson's Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Sweetened with autumnal maple and chocolate chips, topped with crunchy walnuts. Another Fareway fall favorite!
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine eggs, oil, maple syrup, and vanilla in small bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Slowly add liquid ingredients to flour mixture until combined. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
Pour into a 13” x 9” pan and bake for 30 minutes.
Let cool and slice into 16 squares.
