- 1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped
- 1/3 cup hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
- 6 ounces bleu cheese, shaved (about 1 1/2 cups)
Lemon-Honey Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 tsp. minced fresh thyme
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper

Directions
