- 2 pound boneless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
Add this garlic butter sauce to your chicken breast before grilling to get the most tender chicken.
Combine butter, oil and seasonings.
Fill syringe and inject evenly throughout chicken breasts.
Grill over medium-high for about 4 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Let rest 3 to 5 minutes before slicing.
