Garlic Butter Chicken

Add this garlic butter sauce to your chicken breast before grilling to get the most tender chicken.


  • 2 pound boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp canola oil
  • 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder

  1. Combine butter, oil and seasonings.

  2. Fill syringe and inject evenly throughout chicken breasts.

  3. Grill over medium-high for about 4 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  4. Let rest 3 to 5 minutes before slicing.
