- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 Tbsp parsely
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced

Directions
Preheat oven to 450˚F. Line a baking sheet foil and arrange salmon fillets skin-side-down. In a small bowl, combine parsley, minced garlic, oil, lemon juice, Dijon, salt and pepper. Generously spread mixture over the salmon and top each fillet with a slice of lemon. Bake for 12-15 min or until flakes easily with a fork.
