Total Time: 30 minutes
- 1 1/2 pound baby red potatoes, sliced in half
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 Tbsp garlic
- 2 Tbsp parsley
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash ground black pepper
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the potatoes.
Cook until the potatoes are tender, about 12 to 15 minutes.
Drain and return them to the pot. Add the butter, chopped garlic, chopped parsley leaves, and salt, and pepper, to taste.
Gently combine so that all the potatoes are evenly coated.
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve.
