  • 4 shots espresso (or 1–2 cups strongly brew coffee)
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. molasses
  • 1 1/2 cups milk of choice

Delicately sweet and spicy gingerbread flavors mingle for the perfect cup full. We recommend pairing this with a gingerbread cookie, of course.

Gingerbread Latte


Divide espresso or coffee between two mugs. Stir in cinnamon, ginger, sugar and molasses until sugar dissolves.

Warm milk on the stove or microwave and froth with a milk frother or shake in a glass jar with a lid until foamy.

Top coffee with milk. Garnish with cinnamon or nutmeg, if desired.

For adult version: Divide 2 ounces vanilla vodka and/or 1 ounce coffee liqueur between mugs.
