  • 2 cups uncooked steel cut oats
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 8 cups water
  • 1/4 cup molasses

This easy gingerbread oatmeal will feel like dessert for breakfast! This recipe is warm and perfectly spiced to replicate gingerbread cookies.


COMBINE all ingredients in a slow cooker and STIR to combine. COVER and COOK on high for 3 to 4 hours, or on low for 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
