Amount Per Serving: 1 to 1 1/2 cups

  • 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 1 1/2 cup salad greens
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 jar greek olives
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 0 balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1 baguette

Start with one Fareway rotisserie chicken -- and make healthy meals in minutes!

Directions

  1. Pull the meat off one rotisserie chicken and shred into bite-size pieces.

  2. On 4 individual plates place 1 to 1-1/2 cups salad greens.

  3. Top with shredded chicken.

  4. Arrange 4 tomato wedges on the edge of each plate.

  5. Add Greek olives, crumbled feta cheese and sliced green onions, to taste.

  6. Serve with reduced fat balsamic vinaigrette and a baguette.
