If you love grilled chicken, Caesar salads and sandwiches, then this recipe is for you!

From the kitchen of Ally Billhorn, from Sweet and Savory Eats, these Grilled Chicken Caesar Sliders are fun, easy and trendy!

Grilled Chicken Caesar Sliders

Preparation Notes

If you are not feeding a larger group (12), you can certainly make a half batch and just feed your family!

If you do not have a grill, an air fryer works great too.

Directions

  1. Place the chicken tenders in a bowl and sprinkle the bbq seasoning on them and toss to coat.
  2. Preheat the grill to 400 degrees. When hot, grill the tenders for 5-6 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove the chicken and cover with foil to keep warm.
  3. While the chicken is cooking, chop the bacon into bite sized pieces and place in a hot skillet. Cook the bacon until crisp. Place the bacon on a paper towel lined plate to drain.
  4. To make the Caesar dressing combine all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk together until smooth.
  5. To assemble the sliders; place the chicken tenders, bacon, lettuce, sliced tomatoes and Parmesan cheese onto a wooden cutting board. Top this with multiple scoops of the Caesar dressing (you can add more if needed). Using a sharp knife chop all of the ingredients into small pieces, scraping the board to combine it all with the dressing.
  6. Scoop up this mixture into a bowl and let people serve onto slider buns when ready to eat. Serve with potato chips as a side.
