  • 4 ears corn, husks peeled back and silk discarded
  • 1 Tbsp canola oil
  • 1/4 cup feta or asiago cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 4 lime wedges

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  2. Grill corn until charred, about 12 minutes.

  3. Brush with oil and sprinkle with cheese, paprika and salt.

  4. Serve with lime wedges.
