Grilled Corn

Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn, husks peeled back and silk discarded
  • 1 Tbsp canola oil
  • 1/4 cup feta or asiago cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 4 lime wedges

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  2. Grill corn until charred, about 12 minutes.
