  • 4 5 ounce tuna steaks
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

  1. In a large resealable bag, combine first 4 ingredients.

  2. Add tuna; seal and turn to coat.

  3. Refrigerate for up to 30 minutes.

  4. Remove tuna from marinade and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Discard remaining marinade.

  5. Grill tuna, covered, over medium high heat for 2 to 3 minutes; flip and grill for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
