  • 8 slice Sara Lee 100% Whole Wheat Bread
  • 8 oz deli ham
  • 4 slice Swiss cheese
  • 1 tomato, sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to high.

  2. Spray bread with cooking spray or lightly brush with oil.

  3. Place bread on the grill, oil side down, and add cheese to one slice and ham to another.

  4. Grill until cheese is melted, about two minutes.

  5. Remove from grill, add tomato, and assemble sandwiches. Serve immediately.
