Preparation Notes

We recommend Sparboe® eggs and Kraft® shredded cheese for this recipe.


  1. Preheat grill and coat a 6-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Whisk together eggs, milk and salt in a medium bowl, then evenly distribute the egg mixture among the muffin cups.

  3. Add about 2 Tbsp. of mix-ins to each cup and sprinkle with cheese, if desired.

  4. Grill omelets over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, or until eggs are set.
