- 12 small red potatoes, diced

- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- 2 Tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 2 oz precooked, crumbled bacon

Preheat grill to medium heat.

Add potatoes, oil, and dry ingredients into a foil pan.

Mix ingredients together and cover with aluminum foil to cook for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are soft, stirring occasionally.
