Grilled Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 12 small red potatoes, diced
  • 5 Tbsp fat free Mayo
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp canola oil
  • 2 Tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 2 oz precooked, crumbled bacon

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  2. Add potatoes, oil, and dry ingredients into a foil pan.

  3. Mix ingredients together and cover with aluminum foil to cook for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are soft, stirring occasionally.

  4. Remove from heat and add mayo and mustard.

  5. Serve warm.
