Ingredients
- 1 pound flat iron steak
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 Tbsp cilantro
- 24 Simply Natural yellow corn tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 24 fresh cilantro leaves, optional

Directions

Place steaks and ½ cup salsa in a zip-top bag; turn steaks to coat.

Close bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours.

Combine remaining salsa and cilantro; cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Remove steaks from marinade.

Grill over medium heat, 10 to 20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145F, turning occasionally.

Carve steaks into thin slices and cut into bite-size pieces. Arrange chips on platter and top each chip with salsa mixture, steak and guacamole.
