  • 1 1/2 Tbsp red onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced

Directions

  1. Place first 5 ingredients in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

  2. Add avocado. Process until smooth. Or stir by hand for a chunkier avocado and sprinkle with cilantro.
